Example: The site you want to buy is getting 200 visitors a day, the Alexa rank would be around or under 200,000. Page Rank would be above 2.

3. Ask for a Keyword List:
Keywords are very important, they tell you what people are typing in to Google or Yahoo to get to your site. Especially get the keyword list if the seller is using Adwords to sell products, do this so you can setup or pay someone to set you up a campaign.
