The niche you choose for the websites is the most important part of this process, if you fail to choose the right niche, you wont get a good price or make the sale.

2. Choose Good Domains.
To get max dollars for your work use a “niche related” .com or .net.

3. Have Good Content & a Good Layout.
From the theme to the links, the look and design of the site must look good and be functional! If you want max $$.$$ you will do what it takes. You should have a good theme, articles(I would add 7+ pages or posts), images and video.

Themes: I’ve noticed that blog sites with a Woo theme sell well and they look good. If you don’t want to buy a license you could buy Artisteer or use a free WP theme.

4. Investment.
You’ll need $2.00-$10.00 for domains and $4.95-$30.00 a month for hosting. I have a reseller hosting account for flipping, it costs $24.95 a month and I buy domains from Namecheap.com, Name.com & Godaddy.
